Additionally, the actuation stroke of the touch switch is specified to be 0.3mm. The design and fabrication of the plastic mold demand an exceptional level of precision.

    Feeding System

    The runner system is designed for uniform flow distribution, with CNC machining precision that yields a high polish surface finish. The gate diameter is specified at Ø 0.1mm. The ejector pin is equipped with an anti-skid channel measuring 0.2mm in width to avert ejection-related product misalignment, thereby preventing potential plastic product damage during the de-molding process.

    Aesthetic Quality

    A meticulously engineered independent water circuit has been incorporated to ensure uniform cooling distribution and to minimize the occurrence of shrinkage marks on the product's surface. Moreover, an internal venting insert is employed to manage the issue of air trap within the mold cavity, thereby ensuring a flawless molding process, and preserving the integrity and structural robustness of the molded component.
