It features multiple parting lines and intricate structures, utilizing flat and round ejector pins for accurate demolding. The insert structure is designed for easy replacement, with key components made of beryllium copper. To achieve high aesthetic standards, the mold incorporates an inverted sequential valve hot runner system to eliminate weld lines, ensuring a flawless appearance.
