When it comes to production, GV MOLD's craftsmen transform the design blueprints into precision molds, relying on 8,000 square meters of advanced manufacturing facilities and 50 high-performance injection molding machines. Every process, from the selection of raw materials to machining, heat treatment and surface treatment, is strictly controlled in accordance with international standards and in-house regulations. With more than 30 years of experience, GV MOLD is able to flexibly respond to the production challenges of various complex molds and solve all kinds of problems in the mold manufacturing process.

After production, GV MOLD will also conduct several rounds of strict quality inspection of the molds, through the three coordinate measuring machine and other precision testing equipment, to ensure that the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the molds meet or even exceed the customer's requirements.
