The mold is classified as a large-scale mold, with four chamfered positioning blocks designed at the edge of the mold frame to facilitate the mold's resistance to lateral forces during injection molding, thus maintaining clamping precision. Additionally, when designing the mold, attention must be paid to making the tongue of the core side protrude and the tongue of the cavity side recessed to protect the shut off areas within the mold cavity.
